In 2012, MuckRuckus MS attracted more than 3,500 runners, volunteers and spectators and raised $425,000 to fund critical research to end multiple sclerosis forever, as well as support local programs and services for more than 18,000 people affected by MS.
The Society's event formerly known as Mud Run MS is now MuckRuckus MS MuckRuckus MS is an unforgettable two days of fun in the great outdoors featuring a 10K - 6.2 mile (with a 5K - 3.1 mile shortcut option) challenge-course through mud, water and muck! Teams and individuals slosh, swing, slip and slide 20-25 obstacles OOZING with muck! MuckRuckus MS raises funds and awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, North Florida Chapter. It is an inspiring experience whether participating, volunteering, or watching.

The National MS Society is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now-to move together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis. MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS through our 50-state network of chapters. The Society helps people affected by MS by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, and providing programs and services that help people with MS and their families move their lives forwards. |
