MuckRuckus MS Gear

Competitive Division participants are required to wear boots (including hiking boots, work boots, combat boots, military style boots) and long pants (any material, but must cover the entire leg to the top of the boot. No yoga pants or tights allowed). This gear is strongly suggested for Recreation Division participants, but not required.

There are no exceptions to this rule! If discovered during prior to the race, you will not be allowed to participate in the run. This is for your own safety and the fairness of each individual and team member. Gloves, elbow/knee pads, boot straps, tape, hats, glasses...and anything else is optional, but be aware that some items might not make it back to the finish line. The National MS Society is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the event.
